Celebrating a New Chapter: FFM’s Revamped Website & Our Partnership with AccessU 

In 2017, our website served us well, but as technology advanced and our mission evolved, it became clear that an update was needed. With the help of the incredible team at AccessU, we embarked on an ambitious journey to create a modern, user-friendly website that better serves our community and strengthens our connection with donors. 

Our mission remains steadfast: to assist BGE residential customers facing power disconnections or turn-off notices, ensuring they receive the support they need. However, the new website now speaks directly to those in need, making critical resources more accessible and easier to navigate. Most importantly, it allows donors—both new and existing—to engage with our programs effortlessly, explore giving opportunities, and access FAQs without difficulty. 

Revamping a website is no small feat, especially for a nonprofit with just four dedicated staff members. But AccessU made it possible, bringing our vision to life with precision and creativity. Their expertise ensured that every detail reflected our mission while enhancing usability for applicants and donors alike. 

We couldn’t do what we do without the unwavering support of our donors. This updated platform strengthens that connection, making it easier than ever for generous individuals to make a difference in our community.
