Silver Lights
The Silver Lights program, started in 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, is a specialized utility assistance program for older adults (60+) as well as those with critical medical needs and provides 1:1 navigational support through a complicated utility assistsance process. Silver Lights clients are able to call our dedicated staffer on the Silver Lights Hotline to receive customized support to meet their technological needs.
